Hathaway Construction Services announces the construction of the Station at Brighton Apartments

Atlanta, GA (November 2018) - Hathaway Construction Services has been engaged by Hathaway Development and Tynes Development and announces the construction of the Station at Brighton Apartments; a new multifamily project, including 304-units class "A" luxury garden style apartment community to be located in the Grovetown submarket of Augusta, Georgia. Grovetown, in desirable Columbia County, is an expanding submarket with significant barriers to entry. The community will be located just off Interstate 20 at Horizon South Parkway and just a 16 mile commute to downtown Augusta. The project is set to break ground immediately and is planned to be fully constructed in the last quarter of 2020.
