Hathaway Construction Services announces the construction of The Retreat at Arden Farms

Atlanta, GA (September 2019) - Hathaway Construction Services has been engaged by Hathaway Development and Tynes Development and announces the construction of The Retreat at Arden Farms a new multifamily project, including 312-units class "A" luxury garden style apartment community to be located in the Asheville, NC. Located conveniently of Long Shoals with an access to retail lifestyle developments, multiple job centers as well as many of the city's top schools. The project is set to break ground immediately and is planned to be fully constructed in the 3rd quarter of 2021.
