Parker joined Hathaway Development in August 2026, where he supports the execution of the firm’s development and acquisition platform. In this role, he conducts underwriting and due diligence for new opportunities, performs comprehensive market and demographic research across the Sunbelt region, and builds financial models and investment committee memos. Additionally, Parker assists with asset-level performance tracking and investor reporting, collaborating closely with the development, construction, and accounting teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

 

A Nashville native, Parker graduated from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business with a degree in Finance and a collateral in Accounting.
