Upon graduation from the University of Chattanooga with a BS degree in Construction Management, Paul joined Hathaway Construction in 2014 as an onsite Project Engineer. Continued growth and learning stemming from the field have led to holding various positions, from Lead Superintendent to Project Manager, successfully completing 3,000+ multifamily units across the Southeast.

Currently serving as Director of Preconstruction, Paul utilizes his vast knowledge of construction to successfully oversee the initial setup of a job, with roles varying from initial job concept review and budget creation to negotiating and securing the Owner Contract and subsequent subcontracts to ensure a seamless kickoff into the construction phase.
